About me

I have over ten years experience as a GP, and along the way I have trained in medical acupuncture (2018) and yoga teaching (2019 - 2021). I am currently training to be a coach. I have a strong belief in mind-body connection and an open-minded approach to health and wellbeing.

These roles weave together in a surprisingly natural way and offer ways to help people thrive. We can all feel disconnected, stuck, or overwhelmed at times and this can link in with exhaustion, pain and injury. Working with the whole person (mind and body) allows us to take in the whole picture. My aim is to try to help people reset the balance and move forward in their lives with more ease.

My Approach

I offer Acupuncture, 1-to-1 Yoga, (and Coaching sessions coming soon) on a flexible basis. You can choose to book just one session, or multiple.

I aim to respect your autonomy and individuality, and will try to help you develop practices that are empowering. My hope is that you will find new skills (perhaps in terms of managing pain or other bodily symptoms) to allow you to move forward.
