A mind-body approach recognises that our brains and bodies are connected. Life's cognitive or emotional challenges are often accompanied by physical unease. Re-connecting with the senses and inviting in a little creativity can open up new possibilities, adding clarity and confidence.
We will look at your current situation with a fresh perspective. We will draw upon your unique strengths, values, and experience. We will utilize your physical intelligence in understanding your situation and considering your options. Optional breathwork, mindfulness, visualisation and other embodiment techniques are offered alongside traditional coaching tools.
Coaching is not counselling and I take a non-directive approach (meaning I will not tell you what to do). Instead we use time, space and creative coaching tools to help you unlock answers and take the next steps at your own pace.

Creative Coaching Headspace Workshops
Online Creative Coaching in collaboration with the Creative Clinic (a virtual space where doctors and medical students can explore creativity). Curious about coaching? Join us if you are a healthcare professional interested in simple creative projects (think sketching / doodling / scribbling rather than anything too fancy). These sessions aim to give our logical/analytical brains a break. Enjoy the freedom of creative thinking!
