Your coaching session is a conversation with a purpose. We can explore issues around career, health, personal relationships, values and meaning, or any area in which you feel stuck or uncertain.
A mind-body approach recognises that life's challenges are often accompanied by physical unease. Fatigue, restlessness, insomnia, pain, IBS, migraine and many other symptoms may be a sign of mind-body stress or disconnect.
Optional breathwork, mindfulness, visualisation and other embodiment techniques are offered alongside traditional coaching tools.
Coaching is not counselling and I take a non-directive approach (meaning I will not tell you what to do). Instead we use time, space and coaching tools to help you unlock answers and take the next steps at your own pace.
