A conversation with a purpose

Your coaching session is a conversation with a purpose. We can explore issues around career, health, personal relationships, or any area in which you feel stuck or uncertain.

A mind-body approach recognises that our brains and bodies are connected. Life's cognitive or emotional challenges are often accompanied by physical unease. Fatigue, restlessness, insomnia, pain, digestive discomfort, migraine and many other symptoms may be a sign of mind-body stress or disconnect. Re-connecting with the physical body and tuning into the senses can open up new possibilities, adding clarity and confidence.

We will look at your current situation with a fresh perspective. We will draw upon your unique strengths, values, and experience. We will utilize your physical intelligence in understanding your situation and considering your options. Optional breathwork, mindfulness, visualisation and other embodiment techniques are offered alongside traditional coaching tools. 

Coaching is not counselling and I take a non-directive approach (meaning I will not tell you what to do). Instead we use time, space and coaching tools to help you unlock answers and take the next steps at your own pace.
