A purposeful conversation outdoors in nature

Exploring issues in your personal life, work life, health and lifestyle.

We can connect by zoom or phone but my preference is for coaching outdoors.

​

Outdoor coaching takes the conversation outside. We incorporate elements of Mindfulness as we slow down, take in the scenery, notice nature and tune in to the details. 

 

Outdoor coaching can shake things up.

​

Being out in nature means embracing the seasons. Weather. Animals. Mud. An element of chance and going with the flow. Backing away from the screen and stepping outside is good for our brains. We think and feel differently when we are outside. Unconstrained. 

​

A mind-body approach sits hand in hand with nature. Everything is connected. Brain, body and the environment are all communicating all the time. Re-connecting with the senses and inviting in a little creativity can help to create change. 

​

We will look at your current situation with a fresh perspective. We will draw upon your unique strengths, values, and experience. Optional breathwork, mindfulness, visualisation and other embodiment techniques may be used alongside traditional coaching tools.

 

We will walk and talk, and pause at points to allow nature and the wild Shropshire landscape to inspire us and guide us. My ultimate aim is to help you feel more grounded and connected. To know yourself better. To feel clearer about your next steps.

Coaching is not counselling and I take a non-directive approach (meaning I will not tell you what to do). Instead we use time in nature, space, and creative coaching tools to help you unlock answers and take the next steps at your own pace.

Creative Coaching Headspace Workshops

In April/May /June I am also offering Online Creative Coaching in collaboration with the Creative Clinic (a virtual space where doctors and medical students can explore creativity). Curious about coaching? Join us if you are a healthcare professional interested in simple creative projects (think sketching / doodling / scribbling rather than anything too fancy). These sessions aim to give our logical/analytical brains a break. A chance to get to know yourself better and enjoy the freedom of creative thinking!

Monday 13th April 7-8pm: Egg Art! Identify, explore & illustrate your core values (pencil / pen sketching on egg shells or paper)

Monday 18th May 7-8pm: River of Life... Sketch / paint/ doodle & reflect on how far you have come 

Monday 15th June 7-8pm: Perfect day collage... Create a positive & inspiring vision
