Yoga, your way

Yoga for connecting; physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Pause, rebalance and create space through simple exploration of sensation and breath in a non-competitive Restorative Yoga Class.

Suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. Restorative yoga is not about fancy shapes or fitness. It can be particularly useful if you are recovering from injury, experiencing fatigue, aches & pains, or just need to carve out more time for yourself to relax.

​

Yoga is an ancient practice with many different approaches, working towards uniting body, mind, breath and soul

​

We work with gentle movements, myofascial release, breathwork and meditation. Longer-held postures supported by plentiful props allow us to reconnect, restore, relax. There are many benefits to restorative yoga; optimising physical health and perhaps allowing us to find more clarity, calm and connection.

​

The first Monday of each month we have a small group Restorative Yoga class 7-8pm at Shropshire Health Clinic in Leaton. All mats and props are provided. This beautiful welcoming space has views onto nature and invites you to enjoy this quietly powerful practice.
